Jason Adams-Brown speaks out on over four decades of living in Southeast Asia, and over two decades working in non-profit work including his work in community development and disaster relief. He speaks about leadership lessons he learned following the 2004 Indonesian tsunami that hit Sumatra, and the importance of caring for your own body in order to lead well in hard times. He shares about his experiences with trauma counseling with tsunami victims, and the way telling the story helps alleviate some of the PTSD.
